First, he returned my phone calls quickly (a small thing, but something three competitors failed to do). Then he was flexible with allowing me to drop off my car at an odd hour. Then he did a good job, and really quickly. Finally, he stored my car indoors rather than let it get a foot of snow on it. All this for a reasonable price. Nice work!
